We have the perfect solution to bring our community of runners together! Crossroads Events will be putting on the Social Distance Virtual 5k so we can all do a little racing while keeping our Social Distance!
How it works:
Between now and April 11th at 10 a.m. all registered participants will have a chance to run a 5k and submit your 5k time to Crossroads Events at
crossroadstimingmidwest@gmail.comThis 5k can be be ran outside or on a treadmill depending on your quarentined status.
Crossroads will then compile all participant's times and will mail out Social Distance Virtual 5k awards to the following award categories:
- Top 3 Overall Males and Females
- Top 3 Masters Males and Females (40+)
- Top 3 Grand Masters Males and Females (60+)
A photo must be submitted of your watch or treadmill with your time / distance in order to be eligible for awards.
All participants will also be mailed a quarentined Social Distance Virtual 5k t-shirt to commemorate your competition during this momentous time in history.
